The TaxShieldBoi platform is an informational portal that publishes financial education articles, guides for startup budget planning, and comparative analyses of taxation systems in the European Union. The content is collected from official sources (Trade Register, European Commission, World Bank) and simplified for early-stage entrepreneurs. The term "user" designates any natural or legal person who accesses the site.
The user undertakes to use the platform exclusively for informational purposes, without reproducing, distributing, or modifying copyright-protected content without the written consent of the administrator. Using the site for illegal activities, including tax fraud or money laundering, is prohibited. Any violation incurs civil or criminal liability under Romanian law.
TaxShieldBoi makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of published information but does not guarantee its completeness or permanent updating. The platform does not provide personalized tax advice and assumes no responsibility for financial decisions made based on the articles. In the event of material errors, the user may report this to the email address info@taxshieldboi.com.
Under no circumstances shall TaxShieldBoi, its administrators, or collaborators be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss, resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. The total aggregate liability of the platform for any claim shall not exceed the sum of 100 RON.
These terms may be updated periodically, and users will be notified by publishing the new version on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms. The date of the last update is January 1, 2025.
TaxShieldBoi reserves the right to restrict or suspend access for any user who violates the provisions of these terms, without prior notice and without being liable for any damages caused. The user may terminate use of the platform at any time by leaving the site.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution will be settled amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts of Bucharest.
